Pico supports two-way communication. Start with authorizing a telephone number for the Pico, then you can reach your family or coach for assistance if an accident occurs.
After defining a safe zone in the APP, Pico will send an alarm immediately to your family or coach if you ride across the defined area and gets lost. Quick help from them can be vital in these situations.

The Pico is a big addition for me during my outdoor rides. I myself do not have a horse that I can ride on, so I often ride horses from friends. Because I do not always know this well, it is reassuring to me that I wear the Pico when something happens.
