I use it as a security measure for the dogs when we are out hiking. I have had a lost dog that I found through Hunter. I have the collar on every day. Cheap and incredibly good security for your dog. You never know when an accident will happen and the dog will get lost. The battery lasts for several days and is quickly charged.
