MiniFinder Sweden AB complies with Swedish laws and regulations. These Terms and Conditions apply when you, as a consumer, place an order via minifinder.com and related pages. The agreement is entered into between you and MiniFinder Sweden AB, registration number 556909-5697, VAT: SE556909569701. The Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements entered into with MiniFinder Sweden AB.
We reserve the right for any typographical errors, product changes, price adjustments, and possible out-of-stock situations. In the event of incorrect pricing, we reserve the right to correct the price both before and after an order has been processed. MiniFinder is not responsible for information provided on the website by third parties.

Depending on the selected payment method, you may be redirected to the payment provider’s website to complete the transaction. Once payment is made, you will return to MiniFinder’s website, and an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
Klarna offers invoice and installment options for both private and business customers. By choosing Klarna, you also agree to Klarna’s own terms.
Resurs offers invoice and instalment payment options for both private and business customers. When you choose Resurs as your payment method, Resurs’ own terms and conditions also apply.

Important! Borrowing money costs money. If you choose to pay later or in instalments, additional costs may apply. Make sure you understand the terms and are able to make the payments before entering into a credit agreement.
Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of the package and are always shown at checkout before payment. Normal delivery time is 3 to 6 business days depending on the destination country. Any delays caused by customs or transport handling are beyond MiniFinder’s control.
For deliveries outside the EU, shipping fees and possible customs charges may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. The customer is responsible for all import costs, customs, and taxes. Normal delivery time is 5 to 10 business days depending on destination and customs processing. For information on import regulations, contact your local customs authority.
General Information
All products are shipped from MiniFinder Sweden AB, Reveljgränd 5, 352 36 Växjö, Sweden, unless otherwise stated. MiniFinder cooperates with PostNord and DHL to ensure safe and fast delivery. A tracking link will always be sent to your email once the order has been shipped.
Customers have the right to cancel a purchase in the event of delayed delivery or if a new proposed delivery time is not accepted. Express delivery applies only if the product is in stock. If the service cannot be provided, the cost will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days.
Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information; an administrative fee of 250 SEK will be charged for uncollected or misaddressed packages unless the error is caused by MiniFinder or the chosen carrier.
MiniFinder does not ship products to the countries listed below:
Afghanistan, Burundi, Iran, Kherson, Niger, Central African Republic, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Luhansk, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guinea, Mariupol, Moldova, Venezuela, Zaporizhzhia, Myanmar, Belarus, Haiti, Iraq, Nicaragua, North Korea, Crimea, Lebanon, Libya, Cuba, Sudan, Donetsk, Mali, Melitopol, Syria, Yemen, Guinea Bissau or Zimbabwe.
Our services and products may not be used by businesses registered or operating in these countries. Furthermore, MiniFinder products may not be ordered, paid for, or shipped to billing or shipping addresses located within these regions.
According to EU/EES law on distance contracts, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the product. A return request must be registered through our return form, and the product must be returned to MiniFinder within 14 days of receipt.
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you request a return label from MiniFinder, a return fee of 99 SEK will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for any risks during return shipping, such as damage or loss of the item. The product must be returned in essentially unchanged condition, in its original packaging and with all included materials. MiniFinder reserves the right to make deductions for depreciation or apply a reconditioning fee. Once the return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued within 14 banking days.
Companies do not have the right to return a product if the packaging has been opened.
Please note that shipping costs for international orders are non-refundable
For purchases of digital services delivered by means other than a physical medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has begun or if you have agreed to waive your right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal also does not apply if the service has been fully performed and you have consented to immediate delivery.
In the case of withdrawal for digital services, the customer must compensate MiniFinder for the portion of the service already performed before the right of withdrawal was exercised. This may include subscription fees, data usage, or other costs incurred during the period.
Unless otherwise agreed, billing is issued in advance according to the selected interval.
If payment is not received, the subscription will be paused until payment is registered. Unpaid invoices will receive a payment reminder with a reminder fee of €5. If the invoice remains unpaid, it will be forwarded to debt collection with an additional fee of €15, and may thereafter be referred to the Swedish Enforcement Authority.
All of the customer’s subscriptions will remain suspended until all overdue amounts owed to MiniFinder, the debt collection agency and the Swedish Enforcement Authority have been paid in full.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. To prevent renewal, MiniFinder must receive the cancellation no later than the last business day before the renewal date. A business day means Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays.
Following renewal, the subscription fee is non-refundable, except where otherwise required by mandatory law. The service remains active until the end of the paid subscription period.
Please send cancellation requests by email to finance@minifinder.com or by post. Include the device’s IMEI number and your contact details so that we can identify the subscription. You may also provide your reason for cancelling.

Customers select their subscription plan during registration and activation. Subscriptions are paid in advance, either monthly or annually. Monthly payments cover one month at a time, while annual payments cover a full year.
Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods of one month or one year, depending on the selected plan. To prevent renewal, MiniFinder must receive the cancellation no later than the last business day before the next renewal date. A business day means Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays.
If cancelled, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid subscription period. Fees paid are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by mandatory law.

The Premium plan is paid annually in advance. The first payment is made when the service is activated. The subscription renews automatically for one year at a time. Each subscription is personal and linked to a specific device. If cancelled, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid annual period. The annual fee is non-refundable, except where otherwise required by mandatory law.
Contract Options
MiniFinder Triplog offers different contract lengths
Billing and Renewal
MiniFinder Triplog is invoiced in advance according to the agreed billing interval. The subscription is activated when the device is registered and linked to the user account. Each subscription is linked to a specific device and is required for full access to the Triplog service.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each contract period. To prevent renewal for another contract period, MiniFinder must receive the cancellation no later than the last business day before the renewal date. A business day means Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays.
If cancelled, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid subscription period. Fees paid are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by mandatory law.
Contract Options
Billing
Unless otherwise agreed, MiniFinder Go is invoiced in arrears: quarterly for customers with fewer than three active subscriptions and monthly for customers with three or more. Other billing intervals, such as semi-annual or annual billing, may be agreed.
Pausing and Termination
Subscriptions may only be temporarily suspended when there is no remaining minimum contract term. If a subscription is reactivated after a suspension lasting less than three months, a reactivation fee of SEK 300 (EUR 28) applies.
After the initial minimum contract term, the subscription automatically continues on a rolling basis with a 30-day notice period, unless otherwise agreed. Subscriptions that include alarm receiving centre services are subject to a 60-day notice period. The notice period begins on the date MiniFinder receives the cancellation.
If the subscription is cancelled during the minimum contract term, a final invoice will be issued for the remaining subscription fees for that term. The subscription remains active until the contract end date.
If a dispute cannot be resolved with our customer service, you may contact the institutions listed below. If no resolution is reached, the matter may ultimately be settled in a Swedish court under Swedish law.
The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN)
ARN handles disputes between consumers and companies free of charge. We always follow ARN’s recommendations.

MiniFinder Sweden AB offers a three-year warranty and a three-year right of complaint in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act. The warranty applies throughout the EU/EES and covers original manufacturing defects only. It does not apply in cases of external damage, misuse, lack of maintenance, or self-inflicted modifications.
Manufacturing defects must be confirmed by an authorized service center. Approved claims will be repaired or replaced free of charge, including any shipping costs.
If the issue is due to user error, incorrect settings, or if no defect is found, a service fee will be charged.
For business customers, only the warranty period agreed upon at the time of purchase applies. Businesses are not entitled to complaint rights beyond the warranty.
Your order confirmation or receipt serves as proof of warranty and must be retained. Before returning a product for warranty service, a return case must be registered through our return form.

MiniFinder provides free support for private customers via phone, chat, and email for all users with devices and services supplied by us.
Business customers and customers that require a third-party system or solution are not covered by free support and are charged per consultation rate.
MiniFinder’s responsibility for delivery errors or delays is limited in accordance with applicable delivery terms. Our total liability for any loss or damage related to an order is limited to the order value, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or business opportunities.
MiniFinder is also not liable for failure to fulfill an order due to circumstances beyond our control, including government actions, changes in legislation, war, fire, flooding, labor disputes, restrictions, sabotage, adverse weather or transport conditions, supplier delays, or criminal activity affecting MiniFinder or its partners. We further disclaim responsibility for product changes made by suppliers outside our control.
MiniFinder Sweden AB reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will always be published on the website. By continuing to use the website or making a purchase after changes have been made, you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.
