MiniFinder Sweden AB complies with Swedish laws and regulations. These Terms and Conditions apply when you, as a consumer, place an order via minifinder.com and related pages. The agreement is entered into between you and MiniFinder Sweden AB, registration number 556909-5697, VAT: SE556909569701. The Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements entered into with MiniFinder Sweden AB.
We reserve the right for any typographical errors, product changes, price adjustments, and possible out-of-stock situations. In the event of incorrect pricing, we reserve the right to correct the price both before and after an order has been processed. MiniFinder is not responsible for information provided on the website by third parties.

When purchasing products and accessories from MiniFinder Sweden AB, we offer several secure and convenient payment options. You can choose between the following payment methods*:
Depending on the selected payment method, you may be redirected to the payment provider’s website to complete the transaction. Once payment is made, you will return to MiniFinder’s website, and an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
Klarna offers invoice and installment options for both private and business customers. By choosing Klarna, you also agree to Klarna’s own terms.
PayPal provides a secure payment environment for card purchases. Read more about PayPal’s security policy on their website.

Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of the package and are always shown at checkout before payment. Normal delivery time is 3 to 6 business days depending on the destination country. Any delays caused by customs or transport handling are beyond MiniFinder’s control.
For deliveries outside the EU/EES, shipping fees and possible customs charges may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. The customer is responsible for all import costs, customs, and taxes. Normal delivery time is 5 to 10 business days depending on destination and customs processing. For information on import regulations, contact your local customs authority.
General Information
All products are shipped from MiniFinder Sweden AB, Reveljgränd 5, 352 36 Växjö, Sweden, unless otherwise stated. MiniFinder cooperates with PostNord and DHL to ensure safe and fast delivery. A tracking link will always be sent to your email once the order has been shipped.
Customers have the right to cancel a purchase in the event of delayed delivery or if a new proposed delivery time is not accepted. Express delivery applies only if the product is in stock. If the service cannot be provided, the cost will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days.
Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information; an administrative fee of 250 SEK will be charged for uncollected or misaddressed packages unless the error is caused by MiniFinder or the chosen carrier.
MiniFinder does not ship products to the countries listed below:
Afghanistan, Burundi, Iran, Kherson, Niger, Central African Republic, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Luhansk, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guinea, Mariupol, Moldova, Venezuela, Zaporizhzhia, Myanmar, Belarus, Haiti, Iraq, Nicaragua, North Korea, Crimea, Lebanon, Libya, Cuba, Sudan, Donetsk, Mali, Melitopol, Syria, Yemen, Guinea Bissau or Zimbabwe.
Our services and products may not be used by businesses registered or operating in these countries. Furthermore, MiniFinder products may not be ordered, paid for, or shipped to billing or shipping addresses located within these regions.
According to EU/EES law on distance contracts, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the product. A return request must be registered through our return form, and the product must be returned to MiniFinder within 14 days of receipt.
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you request a return label from MiniFinder, a return fee of 99 SEK will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for any risks during return shipping, such as damage or loss of the item. The product must be returned in essentially unchanged condition, in its original packaging and with all included materials. MiniFinder reserves the right to make deductions for depreciation or apply a reconditioning fee. Once the return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued within 14 banking days.
Companies do not have the right to return a product if the packaging has been opened.
Please note that shipping costs for international orders are non-refundable
For purchases of digital services delivered by means other than a physical medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has begun or if you have agreed to waive your right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal also does not apply if the service has been fully performed and you have consented to immediate delivery.
In the case of withdrawal for digital services, the customer must compensate MiniFinder for the portion of the service already performed before the right of withdrawal was exercised. This may include subscription fees, data usage, or other costs incurred during the period.
Unless otherwise agreed, billing is issued in advance according to the selected interval.
If payment is not received, the subscription will be paused until payment is registered. Unpaid invoices will receive a payment reminder with a reminder fee of €5. If the invoice remains unpaid, it will be forwarded to debt collection with an additional fee of €15, and may thereafter be referred to the Swedish Enforcement Authority.
While there are outstanding invoices, all subscriptions for the customer will remain paused and will only be reactivated once all overdue payments to MiniFinder, debt collection and the Swedish Enforcement Authority have been settled in full.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. Once renewed, the fee is non-refundable, but the service remains active until the end of the current period.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to finance@minifinder.com or by mail. The request must include the device’s IMEI number, your contact details, and the reason for termination to ensure proper handling.

Customers choose their plan during registration and activation. Billing occurs either monthly or annually, always in advance. For annual payments, the entire period is charged at the start of the subscription. The annual fee is non-refundable.

The Premium plan is billed annually in advance. The first payment is made when activating the service. Subscriptions renew automatically every year unless canceled before the renewal date. Each subscription is personal and linked to a specific device. The annual fee is non-refundable.

MiniFinder Triplog offers different contract lengths

Unless otherwise agreed, MiniFinder Triplog is billed quarterly in arrears for customers with fewer than three active subscriptions and monthly for those with three or more. Depending on the agreement, billing may also occur quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
Billing and Renewal
Regardless of the chosen contract, billing is made in advance according to the selected interval. The subscription activates when the product is registered and linked to the user account. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless canceled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable. Each subscription is tied to a specific device and is required for full use of the Triplog service.

Unless otherwise agreed, MiniFinder Go is billed quarterly in arrears for customers with fewer than three active subscriptions and monthly for those with three or more. Depending on the agreement, billing may also occur quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
Pausing and Termination
MiniFinder Go subscriptions can only be paused if there is no binding contract period. If the subscription is paused for less than three months, a reactivation fee of 300 SEK (28 EUR) will apply. Subscriptions with a binding contract period cannot be paused.
After the initial contract period, the subscription automatically converts to an ongoing agreement with a 30-day notice period, unless otherwise agreed. For subscriptions that include emergency center services, a 60-day notice period applies.
If terminated before the end of the contract period, a final invoice will be issued for the remaining cost. The subscription remains active until the final date of the current billing period.
If a dispute cannot be resolved with our customer service, you may contact the institutions listed below. If no resolution is reached, the matter may ultimately be settled in a Swedish court under Swedish law.

MiniFinder Sweden AB offers a three-year warranty and a three-year right of complaint in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act. The warranty applies throughout the EU/EES and covers original manufacturing defects only. It does not apply in cases of external damage, misuse, lack of maintenance, or self-inflicted modifications.
Manufacturing defects must be confirmed by an authorized service center. Approved claims will be repaired or replaced free of charge, including any shipping costs.
If the issue is due to user error, incorrect settings, or if no defect is found, a service fee will be charged.
For business customers, only the warranty period agreed upon at the time of purchase applies. Businesses are not entitled to complaint rights beyond the warranty.
Your order confirmation or receipt serves as proof of warranty and must be retained. Before returning a product for warranty service, a return case must be registered through our return form.

MiniFinder provides free support for private customers via phone, chat, and email for all users with devices and services supplied by us.
Business customers and customers that require a third-party system or solution are not covered by free support and are charged per consultation rate.
MiniFinder’s responsibility for delivery errors or delays is limited in accordance with applicable delivery terms. Our total liability for any loss or damage related to an order is limited to the order value, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or business opportunities.
MiniFinder is also not liable for failure to fulfill an order due to circumstances beyond our control, including government actions, changes in legislation, war, fire, flooding, labor disputes, restrictions, sabotage, adverse weather or transport conditions, supplier delays, or criminal activity affecting MiniFinder or its partners. We further disclaim responsibility for product changes made by suppliers outside our control.
MiniFinder Sweden AB reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will always be published on the website. By continuing to use the website or making a purchase after changes have been made, you accept the updated Terms and Conditions. We recommend visiting our website regularly to stay informed of any updates.
MiniFinder reserves the right to adjust prices, apply additional costs, and make changes to product ranges or related information without prior notice. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product details to give a true representation of our products.
